- Bill of material management structure and setup
- Work center and line routing
- Product cost planning
- Master production scheduling and/or material requirements planning
- PP repetitive manufacturing
- Purchasing: Procurement process with supplier scheduling agreement: automatic LP scheduling by MRP run
- Inventory management and invoice verification
- Backflushing to run schedule header
- Shipping and invoicing
The training is underpinned by a continuous exercise sequence that each participant can carry out practically.
