A small company in the Sauerland region contacted us because they have been using SAP for 15 years and have not offered any additional training since then.
They therefore requested an optimisation workshop with t4t.
This first workshop dealt with very company-specific issues. Here we were able to offer solutions that could be implemented without further programming by simply adjusting the settings in the SAP system.
We were then asked to run 10 more workshops, each covering different topics. Our lead trainers demonstrated all the solutions live on the SAP test system and the IT department implemented many of them immediately.
Due to the size of the company, the IT manager was directly involved in the project and was able to integrate successfully tested solutions directly into the SAP system.
