Project management
We manage a team in such a way that the goals are achieved both within a defined period of time and in the budget as well as in the corresponding quality. Here, we focus on efficient resource planning. The goals are usually defined in the project documentation, which is created at the beginning of the development process.
Project coordination
The first trainer in the project takes on the role of project coordinator and thus represents the link between project manager and trainer team. In large projects, the coordinator is responsible for sub-projects and reports to the project manager. In smaller projects, he coordinates the team activities.
Training
We offer exactly the right training for every SAP ERP or S/4HANA module in every phase of the project. Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for collecting all relevant project data and preparing documents for management review. Based on updates from the project managers, which may relate to single or multiple projects, the PMO tracks the project status. The PMO team helps standardize the flow of information and communication with management.
