A German market leader in the semi-trailer and trailer sector with 6,500 employees and a turnover of 2.29 billion euros implemented SAP R/3 in 2004 and expanded it to other European locations in the following years. t4t supported the introduction of SAP with customized training for more than 1,100 employees.
Contents of the project:
- Analysis of training needs for over 3,000 employees
- Development of training concepts and training materials in German, English and Spanish
- Implementation of end user training and management seminars
- Provision of support through "sandbox" support and user helpdesk
- Follow-up support and optimization of the consolidation phase
