Description

Getting to know the PM functionalities and their interfaces in the SAP ERP system, supplemented by exercises. In addition, getting to know the basic settings in customizing.

Target group

Project team members, key users, consultants and organisers, employees of the specialist departments (maintenance planners, maintenance staff), controllers who want to learn about the maintenance processes.

Your benefit

The participants learn to map complete process chains from planning to execution in the SAP ERP system. The most important functions from the PM module will be presented and shown as well as the interfaces to other modules (especially to MM and Controlling).
This course does not only focus on the processes in the system, but also on the customizing settings required for the individual topics.

- Process Representation of Malfunction-Related Maintenance (Notification, Control, Execution and Completion)
- Process Representation of Plannable Maintenance (Notification, Planning, Control, execution and completion)
- Representation of the planning and execution of external services (integration with MM and CO)
- Representation of the master data of planned maintenance such as task lists, maintenance plans and maintenance plan types including scheduling of maintenance plans
- Refurbishment tasks (valuation types in the material master, process flow for processing refurbishment orders)
- Evaluations and analyses
